We will go through the fundaments in agile and lean, and what culture we need in order to succeed.

We will also go through the Scrum framework in detail and explore the purpose of each event and artefact.

In addition we will talk about roles and responsibilities, and how one can live the agile and scrum values in the daily work to build a strong team who not only is efficient and happy, bit who also delivers value, continuously.
