About the Speaker Freddie Hahn

Freddie Hahn is an accomplished project manager, agile coach, and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience across both agile and traditional project methodologies. He has held leadership roles in large organisations, particularly within Lean organizational development, product innovation, and Lean startups

Freddie works daily with coaching and advisory services for leaders and teams, delivering engaging courses and workshops—both online and onsite—focusing on modern leadership, efficiency, project and change management. He’s also formally trained in pedagogy and learning at Harvard, and in Agile Leadership at the University of Maryland. Participants highlight his real-world storytelling, humoristic tone, and Göteborg charm, combining theoretical insight with practical examples and interactive exercises .
