This Power BI Essential training is intended for data analysts, who have their base in Excel and want explore the capabilities offered with Power BI.

You will learn everything you need to know about the Power BI eco-system and all the available building blocks to start building your own solutions. You will also learn about the Power BI service (the website) and components needed to share your reports with your colleagues.

This education places more emphasis on the Power BI building blocks rather than visualization components like different types of charts and how to best use them.

Prerequisites

• Basic knowledge of database concepts
• Some familiarity with Microsoft Office applications – particularly Excel
